COVID-19 Customer Update Crime Prevention Services

We would like to reassure all our customers that Crime Prevention Services will be continuing to provide maintenance visits, repair/fault-finding & installation works as well as 24/7 remote monitoring (via our in-house NSI Gold accredited Alarm Receiving Centre) during this unsettled time.

Our continuing commitment is to provide our customers with the highest level of service and response and to ensure the on-going protection of property and life via fitted security systems, fire alarms and remote monitoring.

We understand that some customers may not be in a position to have our engineers attend site right now and we will work with them to ensure their servicing schedule is kept up to date, whilst keeping the health of their people and our people at the forefront of our minds.

We advise customers that if they need to postpone any routine maintenance/service visits, we strongly recommend gaining written confirmation that this is acceptable from their insurance providers to ensure continuity of insurance cover.

Our operational and engineering team have been provided with additional hand-hygiene training and report into the office daily to ensure that they have not been in contact with any at-risk persons.

As this unprecedented situation develops Crime Prevention Services will continue to communicate with customers and aim to continue providing the high level of service which you have come to expect from us.
