Karen Farrell

Managing Director

Karen has been Managing Director since 2010. She has led the business from strength to strength since the untimely death of her husband Geoff Farrell, who founded Crime Prevention Services back in 1982.

Dan Farrell

Sales Director

Son of Geoff Farrell, Dan has worked for the business since he was 17, gaining experience across the business functions before becoming Sales Director in 2010.

Laura Farrell

Service Director

Daughter of Geoff Farrell Laura established her career in the service department of the business at an early age and has been Service Director since 2010.

Brad Farrell

Installations

Son of Karen and Geoff, Brad is the youngest Farrell to come through the ranks and is making great strides in the business. Brad is currently part of the Installations team and is set to spend time in roles across the business in order to gain a solid understanding of how the business and industry operates.
