Crime Prevention Services monitored security alarm systems are linked via a telephone line and/or mobile network to our professionally manned and approved alarm monitoring centre. On notification of an intruder alarm activation, fire or personal attack call from your system a pre-arranged emergency contact list and instructions for your home appears automatically on our operator’s screen. This allows them to take the appropriate action according to your instructions by either calling your home, your key-holder, or the emergency services if the alarm signal has been confirmed. To confirm the first call as genuine a signal is sent from a second detection device; this process reduces the risk of wasting police time on a false alarm call.

Crime Prevention Services installs and maintains several options of monitoring; Digital Communicator ,BT RedCare Classic and Secure, BT Redcare/GSM Dual Confirmation and CSL DualCom. Each of these communication devices offers a varying grade of security to the link between your property and the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC).
The higher the risk of your property valuables and family, the more secure the link between the ARC and your home needs to be. Liaising with you and your insurance company, our surveyors can advise as to which system best suits your needs. Processing of the call is the same for all types of monitoring once the signal is received at the ARC.

We can also install Auto phone dialers which can send text messages and pre-recorded voice messages form your home intruder alarm to your mobile phone.
