From our first customer contact through to the day to day running of your system, our business is built around ensuring that our client and their employees or families feel safe in the knowledge that we are just a phone call away, should they need our help.  Our Alarm Receiving Centre staff work 24/7, every day of the year including Christmas Day.

We strive to give comfort in the knowledge that we are working diligently in the background to ensure your security.  Providing excellent customer care is important to every member of our team, including our on-call engineers, who are also available 24/7 every day of the year.

Many of our customers know us by name and build up a great rapport with us over the years and they know we will always go that extra mile for them and all our customers across the board.  From a small domestic customer right through to our major clients, at CPS we take our duty of care very seriously.
